Meet Arezou Zarafshan

Arezou Zarafshan is the Founder and CEO of Call Emmy, a technology-driven childcare marketplace helping busy families access safe, vetted, on-demand childcare while making conferences, workplaces, and events more accessible for parents.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning consumer technology, product innovation, customer experience, and marketplace businesses, Arezou has held executive leadership roles at companies including Hewlett-Packard, Crocs, Otter Products, PopSockets, and ACCO Brands.

Through Call Emmy, she has led childcare partnerships and activations for organizations including the Colorado Judiciary, the Linux Foundation, Colorado Women's Bar Association, ETHDenver, and major national conferences focused on technology, law, and leadership. In 2021, Arezou was recognized as one of Colorado’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business by the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce for her leadership, innovation, and advocacy for working families.

Arezou is a passionate advocate for women, working parents, and the idea that childcare is not a side issue - it is infrastructure. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, trust, gender equity, and modern family life, with a focus on building systems that make it easer for parents, especially mothers, to fully participate in work, leadership, and community.
