Colorado Business Women (CBW) Monthly Luncheon
Colorado Business Women (CBW) monthly luncheon will be on the 2nd Wednesday.
Location: Maggiano's, 7401 S Clinton St, Englewood, CO 80112
Wednesday, October 12th 11:00-1:00
Join us as we observe Breast Cancer Awareness Month with
our guest speaker, Polly Letofsky. She will be sharing her keynote
talk "Little Steps, Big Feat" which details her journey of being the first
woman to walk around the world as an awareness campaign for breast cancer.
Polly Letofsky left her home in Colorado and headed west across 4 continents and over 14,000 miles—by foot—to become the first woman to walk around the world.

As an awareness campaign for breast cancer, strangers welcomed her into their homes. But it was never an easy road. Polly struggled with earthquakes, muggings, languages, even religious riots. The ultimate challenge came in the middle of Polly’s journey when September 11 flung us all into a crossroads in world history and she found herself navigating a vastly changing world.

Her lessons in resilience are something we can all draw from.

Polly will share her story with humor and honest reflection, the good times and the hardships in her spirited keynote LITTLE STEPS, BIG FEAT.

Don't miss the opportunity to make a new business connection and network with business owners, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and medium-sized businesses. Bring your guest. The room will be full of amazing women ready to network and support each other.
