Lindsey Carnick, LCSW, MSW, MA, is the Founder and Owner of Onward Psychological Services, a boutique therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and professionals break free from frustrating patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving so they can move meaningfully forward.

Now in her 16th year of practice, Lindsey is known for her down-to-earth, relatable style and her ability to make complex psychological concepts accessible and actionable.

A nationally recognized speaker, Lindsey presents at conferences, conventions, retreats, and corporate events across the country. Her workshops are sought after because attendees leave with practical tools they can immediately apply to improve their quality of life, relationships, leadership, and performance.
