An attorney, TEDx speaker, life and leadership coach, Lora Cheadle believes that betrayal uncovers the truth of what's possible when we stop focusing on what was done to us and start showing up for ourselves. Jessica Rickert is a women's life coach and owner of Jessica Rickert Coaching based out of Highlands Ranch, CO, but she can work with people anywhere, virtually. Having been someone who was frustrated with her life and work situation, she felt like she was in a rut with no way out. Using the strategies of gratitude, habit forming, mindset, and goal setting, she was able to create a life where she thrives and now wants to help other women create a path forward to live their best life.
As a life coach who works with her clients one-on-one, Jessica helps them identify their specific objective (what they want to change), understand their current reality, develop a plan of action, and implement strategies through weekly check-ins until their goal is attained, to live a more fulfilled life.
Jessica is trained in the Cognitive Coaching method and previously coached elementary educators for 10 years. She has always been an avid learner of personal development and looks forward to using this learning to support other women, which makes her an effective life coach for women.
Jessica is a Colorado native who enjoys playing volleyball, being outdoors (walking, biking), spending time with my family, and taking care of my niece. She is an avid reader and loves listening and learning from podcasts.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Veronica specializes in empowering authors—especially women and mission-driven entrepreneurs—to publish professionally and market strategically, without the overwhelm.
A seasoned speaker, book marketing strategist, and educator, Veronica is passionate about creating programs and events that deliver meaningful connection, actionable insights, and tangible growth. Her signature approach blends heart and strategy, and she is known for making complex topics feel simple, inspiring, and accessible.
As Vice President of Programs, Veronica is excited to serve the CBW community by curating impactful programming that supports women in all stages of their business and career journeys. Her goal is to bring in dynamic speakers, create intentional conversations, and ensure every event leaves members feeling supported, inspired, and equipped for success.
Outside of CBW, Veronica enjoys coaching authors, developing digital products and courses, and building community both online and locally. She lives in Colorado with her husband and two kids, and she’s always on the lookout for good books, new hiking trails, and great wine.

I’m Kisha, President and Founder of Your Numbers Nerd, LLC, a Profit First-certified accounting and bookkeeping firm.
My path to entrepreneurship wasn’t linear—it was built on grit, determination, and faith. What began as a teenage mom’s drive to create a better future became a mission to empower others to take control of theirs. In 2018, I launched YNN to deliver fractional bookkeeping, Profit First advisory, and strategic support to small businesses and nonprofits across the U.S. Our mission: help business owners build lives—and legacies—they’re proud of.
I started Your Numbers Nerd to build the life I dreamed of—one rooted in freedom, purpose, and legacy. After nearly 25 years of bookkeeping, I had hit a ceiling. I didn’t have the “alphabet soup” of credentials behind my name, but I had something even more valuable: deep expertise and the heart of a teacher. Rather than stay boxed in under someone else’s ceiling, I stepped out on my own to serve many, not just one, and to create a company that helps others do the same.
Beyond the numbers, I’m involved in my local Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Douglas County, my local home church and I am currently serving as the Treasurer for The Colorado Business Women.
I love spending time with my son and daughter-in-law, exploring historic mountain towns, attending rodeos, always up to try new recipes, and of course, sharing my home with my two cats, Jasper & Chai Mau.
