Safety Strategies for Empowerment, Confidence, and Strength
-Have you ever felt weirdly uncomfortable in a situation and wondered..."What If?"
-Have you ever had a "close" call and felt so lucky that you got out safely?
-Have you ever promised yourself that you would finally take a course to teach you the basic skills to protect yourself, if the need arises?
Join Master Self-Defense Expert, Chris Natzke as he shares the ABC’s of Self-Defense and the skills to keep you safe, wherever you are. Increase your environmental and situational awareness to handle danger before it ever occurs; create your own personal safety protocols and use your adrenal response to powerfully protect yourself, if necessary. This talk is great for people work independently and whose businesses often bring them to unknown prospective clients, takes them to unfamiliar areas, and work times during off-hours of the day.
The ABC’s of Self-Defense include:
- Awareness – Learn to become aware of what is happening in your environment, understand your internal state, and how to present yourself with confidence to avoid becoming a target.
- Boundaries – Understand how to set both appropriate physical and verbal boundaries to ensure your personal safety and physical and emotional well-being.
- Conflict – Transform your “fear into fierce” through practical physical self-defense tools and strategies that are easy to use and fun to learn.
Don't miss the opportunity to make a new business connection and network with business owners, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and medium-sized businesses. Bring your guest. The room will be full of amazing women ready to network and support each other.
Registration Prices: $45 for members, $55 for non-members (maximum of two visits).
If you are having issues with member pricing or to receive $10 off as a first-time guest, contact [email protected].
New Registration Policy effective February 2023. We will only accept registrations (online) through noon on the Monday before the event. There will no longer be "walk-up" registration available at the door. Food prices continue to rise, and Maggiano's needs an exact number of attendees on Monday so they can prepare for us and cut down on food cost waste. Thank you.
Sponsor of the Month: Geoffrey Sweezy
As financial advisors, we take our time to understand our client's goals and needs. We develop plans custom to each person we work with. Then we partner with you for the long term to help you reach those goals.
I am very excited to be a part of the group. I am a fierce advocate for the unique financial planning challenges women face. It stems from my mom being a role model in planning for her own future many years ago, which she now enjoys today. In addition, I am a Dad to 2 beautiful girls, Juliana (3) & Amelia (6), who I want to thrive as they get older.
We have future Sponsorship opportunities for members. You will receive 5 minutes to share at our monthly meeting, and we will advertise your business on our website and via our monthly newsletter. If interested, contact [email protected]
With a Vendor Table, you will pay only $50 (members) or $75 (non-members) to be able to display who you are, what you do, and share your greatness with everyone at the luncheon! Marcia will highlight you during the luncheon so you can share with everyone in the room what you have to offer. She’ll give you about 30 seconds to share why we should come to visit your table. DON’T WAIT TO RESERVE! WE ONLY ALLOW UP TO FIVE TABLES AT EACH LUNCHEON.
If interested, please contact Donna at [email protected]
